Privacy policy
In effect from 21 August 2026
This policy covers two things: the website at heyansu.com, and the Ansu desktop software. It is written by Heyansu Software Development Services, the business described on the about page.
Who is responsible
Heyansu Software Development Services, a business registered in the Philippines. We are the business you are dealing with, and an email to [email protected] reaches the owner directly rather than a support queue. A postal address is on the DTI registration and we will give it on request.
Where we handle personal data belonging to a client's own customers, the client decides why it is collected and we act on their instructions. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) that makes the client the personal information controller and us the personal information processor.
What the website collects
If you book a call, the form asks for your name, your work email, your company, and a phone number you can leave blank. We use it to arrange the call, to hold your place in the calendar, and to follow up about it. Nothing else.
Those details are stored in our own database hosted by Supabase, and the calendar invitation is issued through Cal.com. Both act on our instructions only.
We do not sell your details, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list from that form.
What the software collects, and where it stays
Recording, storage and running all happen on your own computer. The recording, including the screen frames and the audio of you talking, is written to your machine and stays there. Speech is turned into text on your machine too.
There is one exception and it is worth reading carefully. The single step where Ansu turns a recording into a written task uses Google's Gemini API, so at that moment the processed list of steps and the words you said are sent to Google for that one call. That step runs once per task, not on every run. Once a task is written down, running it makes no outbound call at all.
Ansu stores no passwords. It works inside the sessions you are already signed in to, or with an account the client provides.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept while we are still talking to you and for two years after the last contact, then deleted. Recordings and written tasks are on your machine, so you decide how long they live and you can delete them yourself.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, object to how it is used, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will answer within fifteen days.
To have your details deleted, email [email protected] with the word delete and the address you gave us. We remove them within thirty days and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects what leaves your computer, we will say so on the page rather than quietly editing a line.
