Terms of use

In effect from 21 August 2026

These terms are between you and Heyansu Software Development Services. Using the website or the software means you accept them.

What we provide

Ansu is software in development. During this period we set it up with a small number of teams at no cost, and either side can walk away at any time. We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for the accounts, systems and data you point Ansu at. You need the right to automate them, whether they are yours or a client's, and you need to follow whatever agreement covers that client's data.

You are responsible for reading the written task before you let it run for real, and for the limits you set on how many items it may handle and how much money it may touch. Ansu shows you a practice run first for exactly this reason.

Do not use Ansu to break a law, to get into a system you are not allowed into, or to work around another company's terms.

Who owns what

Your recordings, your written tasks and your data are yours. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use them to build a product for anyone else.

The software, the name and the site are ours.

Liability

Ansu does work on your systems, so read this part. To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the current period is nothing.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Ending it

You can stop using Ansu and delete it whenever you like. We can stop providing it to you, with notice where it is reasonable to give notice.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Quezon City have jurisdiction. Questions go to [email protected].
